Dr. Naomi Diehl , B.Kin.,

Naomi is part of the Alberta Health Institute Team as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a registered acupuncturist. The Chinese Medicine approach to healing looks at the body as a whole system and focuses the treatment at the root of the health problem. Acupuncture, herbal therapy, and cupping are used to heal the body. As well as lifestyle, exercise, and diet recommendations are given.

Treatments are used for pain, acute or chronic injuries, fertility, migraines, TMJ, neurological problems, emotional imbalances such as stress, anxiety and depression, digestive and menstrual problems and more.

Naomi’s love for travelling and passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine fuelled her to extend her studies in China for a 10 month internship at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong earning a Bachelor of Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Shandong. Prior to China she studied at Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary to become a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registered Acupuncturist. She has also earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. She has worked in the fitness and health field for 10 years as a personal trainer, injury rehabilitation and now a Doctor of TCM.

She believes in making conscious lifestyle choices to prevent disease, promote longevity, and to live a more vibrant life.
