Sue brings over 22 years of experience to her practice of massage therapy. Sue Graduated from the University of Alberta with a Physical Education degree in Athletic Therapy and studied massage therapy at Mount Royal College. 

Sue employs a multidisciplinary approach to massage therapy, combining elements of myofascial release, body talk, energetic, soft tissue and neural muscular techniques to her practice. She has spent many years studying yoga and is a certified yoga instructor.

An avid athlete and complete outdoor enthusiast, Sue combines her sport expertise, massage therapy, and yoga expertise to provide a healthy preventative and therapeutic approach to her client’s health. 

Sue’s has extensive experience with muscle sprains and strains, pain relief, stress, shoulder, knee and hip Injuries, postural dysfunctions, whiplash, neural muscular problems, bursitis, pre- and post-surgical care, breast massage, cancer massage, breath work, disc related problems, arthritis, pregnancy, pre- and post-event sport massage, overuse injuries, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. 

Sue believes optimal health can only be achieved when our mind, body, And spirit is in balance. Sue’s holistic approach can help you achieve real results.  

Sue’s approach to health care includes many modalities that helps achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Sue believes ongoing preventative care and taking ownership of one’s own health can play an important role in transforming stress and living a healthy long life.

She believes that your health needs are best served through circle of different health practitioners, including you as part of the healing team.  She believes that you are best served when the body's own healing process is used to dictate the type of therapy applied at each stage of recovery.  Synergizing the expertise of AHI's team of massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractor, naturopath and nutritional advisors provides the client with the broadest possible base for successful healing. Augment their treatments. 

Sue’s extensive experience and continual quest for healing has allowed her to maintain a flourishing health care practice for nearly two decades, She has provided significant healing, pain reduction  and well being for  so many of  her clients. Her lengthy list of long term clients is a true testament to her healing capabilities. 

In her leisure time sue can be found playing in the mountains whether it be mountain biking, hiking, or skiing, or off on another adventure travel experience. 

Sue is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute and passionate about health and well-being. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious.

As a life and stress management coach she combines her 22 years of health and wellness expertise with her love of inspiring others to tap into who they are when they feel the most alive and fulfilled. (Their authentic self) From this place she helps them fine tune the skills important to create a happy vibrant life that you are meant to live.

She believes that life is a journey of learning, exploring and self-discovery. Life coaching is a great way to help in this journey and to bring back the sparkle and aliveness in your life.

Sue's own quest to study meditation and the relationship of the heart and mind has given her much peace and happiness in her own life. She believes that mindfulness is the source of happiness and wellbeing.
