The effects of refined or Fruit Sugar on your body / Life?

Greetings! The study showed that drinking regular soda can shorten your telomeres. This is huge. Research has shown that the length of your telomeres is related to longevity. This means that shorter telomeres results in a shorter lifespan and on the flip side, longer telomeres means a longer lifespan. Obviously, anything that can shorten your life is no good and should be avoided. 

Another truth that is important to understand is that the sugar in soda, or in anything else for that matter, will also decrease your Growth Hormone production. Growth Hormone is a well known hormone since it is often referred to as the “fountain of youth”.
